We've curated a list of potential gifts you can give to your loved ones, whose proceeds will go towards ending trafficking and slavery!
It’s officially the Holiday season and the spirit of giving is here!
We here at Dress For Freedom have rounded up a list of cool gifts to give your friends and family. All of these gifts’ proceeds go towards helping victims and survivors of human trafficking and preventing modern slavery. (please note: we receive no compensation from advertising these.)

For the Fashion Forward Friend:
The Dressember Foundation provides strategic grants to non profit organizations dedicated to saving and transitioning victims into a life freedom. Dressember has its own dress shop to help raise the funds to provide those grants. "The Caitlin" is one of our favorite items featured on their site, shown below. They have many in-style dresses, shoes, and accessories!
For the Advocating Abolitionist:
A21 is an organization dedicated to eradicating slavery in the 21st century. They are on the ground, freeing victims and working within refugee camps. Currently, they have some sweet gear for men and women in their shop:
For the Foodies and Chocolate lovers:
Alter Eco is a free-trade chocolate company whose purpose is to fight for economic and social justice for all. They have so many delectable treats, it'll be hard to settle on which one to try first!
For Friends Far Away: Love146 has an awesome project where they design e-cards for you to send to friends and family. With many designs for all sorts of occasions and holidays, you’re sure to find one that your loved one will adore.
For Those who like Bling: Akola Jewelry empowers women and their families in Uganda, as well as women in Texas. Women are able to be independent by creating and selling Karatasi bead and Raffia tassel jewelry. 100% of revenue made from Akola goes right back to these families and social programs!
Want to dedicate a gift in someone’s honor?
We suggest turning to Saving Innocence.
Saving Innocence is dedicated to ending child sex trafficking through rescue, service, and advocacy. You can give a gift to help a child overcome the trauma of being sexually exploited. When visiting their webpage, you have the options to throw a child's birthday party, fund a child's escape from sex trafficking, and support a child's reintegration back into society, among other gifts.
Another wonderful organization which supports children who have been sexually abused is the Mcmahron/Ryan Child Advocacy Center.
You can give a teddy bear, pay for a child's medical examination, or cover the cost of a therapy session by visiting their webpage.
If you're not in the mood for gift giving, but still want to make a difference in the lives of human trafficking and slavery victims, please visit our Dressember Advocacy Fundraiser Page!
Our team is raising funds to help Dressember give strategic grants to organizations such as A21, Love146, and Mcmahron/Ryan Child Advocacy Center.
