WHO
Addressing Freedom is a small team of Human Rights Defenders dedicated to
-
Raising awareness of the problems humanity faces
-
Providing resources for anyone to be able to become an advocate for human rights
-
Engaging in fundraising efforts to rescue & rehabilitate victims of human rights abuses.
WHY
Every human is unique and has infinite worth.
Each individual deserves to be treated with utmost respect and dignity.
Every day actions may seem small but can build up to make a global impact.
HOW
We blog with our "why" in mind.
Updates address ways readers can fight for the freedom of others.
Subtopics range anywhere from highlighting local anti-trafficking efforts to educational opportunities to covering news about recent laws impacting human rights.

Everyone's advocacy efforts matter and deserve recognition!
WHEN
We started this blog under a former name, Dress For Freedom, in December of 2018. It was part of our efforts as first time advocates for the Dressember Foundation's December fundraising campaign.

Starting January 1st, 2019, our New Year's Resolution was to keep our anti-trafficking advocacy project going on a larger scale.

Thus, Addressing Freedom: The Human Rights Blog as born!
